Minister Rev. Carole Mahaffey, Founding Minister, was ordained at the Unity School of Christianity, Lee’s Summit, MO, in 1996. Prior to founding Unity Church of Middletown in 2002, she served at the Unity church in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, and at Unity of Louisville.
